An item may be returned for a refund, exchange, or store credit as long as it is returned within 14 days of receiving your order. Returns will be accepted for up to 30 days, however any returns after the 14 day mark will be issued a store credit or exchange only. The item must be in the original, unused condition as originally shipped to the customer. Please include the name you used when you placed the order on all returns and you will be refunded to the payment you used when placing your order. Refunds can take up to 5-10 business days to hit your account. Store credit will be issued to you via email. If you would like to exchange an item please let me know what size you would like to exchange it for via email or on a note included in the return. Should the desired size not be available, a refund/store credit will be processed.
*Any item purchased at a discount of 40% or more is considered final sale and cannot be returned.

Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item has arrived damaged**. All refunds will be for the price of the item purchased and tax (if applicable), but not the cost of shipping.
**If the item arrives damaged or there is a mistake on our part (if you received the wrong item/color/size placed on your original order), please email me at (email@example.com) and I will email you a pre-paid shipping label.
After you place an order it will be processed and shipped within 24 hours (typically less) unless it is a non-business day (Saturday or Sunday, in that case your order will be processed the following business day). Domestic orders can arrive in 5-10 business days, and international orders between 14-21 business days.
